Hundreds of thousands of San Antonians take to the streets of downtown San Antonio to ring in the New Year. The festivities take place on South Alamo Street between Market and Durango Streets and in La Villita. The festival has several stages with musical entertainment, over 50 food and beverage booths, family activities and more. The evening culminates at midnight with a spectacular fireworks show that welcomes in the New Year. The fireworks are shot from the top of the 750-foot tall Tower of the Americas at midnight.
